Egg It Up

Since 2016 (or so), I’ve been the treasurer of the Tri-Boro Food Pantry. One of the things that makes our pantry a bit special is that we provide fresh milk and eggs to our client. This has been a tradition of the pantry for years. We buy our eggs from a whole seller in the area where we serve. Since egg price have been in the news lately, I wanted a place to record how expensive they are for our pantry. At the moment, we serve on average between 120-140 families a week and we receive order roughly 120 dozen eggs a week as well.
